GAUTIER, Miss., May 16, 2005 — Azur Shell Landing Resort, Inc., announced this week the construction of The Islands at Shell Landing, a 200-unit luxury condominium development. The Islands are strategically placed between the 9, 17 and 18 holes of Shell Landing Golf Club. Each building of 24 or 32 units offers sweeping views of the greens, fairways or saw grass marshes. Two, three or four bedroom units are available in the five-story buildings. The fifth floor will consist of loft units (three or four bedroom). Each unit will feature a computer center, tile flooring, solid surface counter tops, wet bar, and separate shower and whirlpool tubs in the master suites.

The Islands will be a gated complex situated within the outer gates of Shell Landing Resort. The Islands’ community amenities include a large tropical resort pool and spa, putting green, snack bar, fitness center with sauna and whirlpool, in addition to a meeting and media room. Residents will have access to the nationally ranked Davis Love III Signature Golf Course at Shell Landing, as well as the planned Swim and Racquet Club. Construction of The Islands is expected to take approximately 16 months. The real estate sales office is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
