Designed for emerging leaders in your organization -- both new managers and soon to be promoted employees.  Through competency based leadership assessments, experiential learning, individual coaching and development planning, the Management Incubator gives participants reliable information about their leadership style, potential challenges, strengths and weaknesses as emerging leaders in their organization.

2007 Start Dates: March 6; May 1; Sept. 25.
